Mental health · The work we discuss

A workflow shaped around your services.

A solo therapist, a psychiatric group, and a structured treatment program have different billing workflows. We start with the services you provide, your payer mix, and how your team documents and submits them.

Therapy and psychiatric services

Organize professional claims around documented services, enrolled providers, and the payer requirements that apply to your practice.

Authorizations and visit tracking

Track authorization information and outstanding requests, and flag items that need clinical or front-desk input.

Mental health PHP and IOP

For partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient care, review the program, payer contracts, and claim requirements before agreeing the billing scope.

Denials and reconciliation

Follow payer responses, coordinate supporting information, and distinguish submitted claims from payments actually received.

Make the first call useful

Start with the right questions.

No preparation packet needed. A general picture of your practice is enough to begin.

  1. Do you provide therapy, psychiatric care, or both?
  2. Do you operate PHP or IOP programs as well as outpatient services?
  3. Which payer or authorization issues take the most staff time?

Less guessing. More clarity.

See the work behind the numbers.

A report should tell you what needs to happen next—not just how much is outstanding.

We organize follow-up around the claim status, the next action, and who needs to act. Reporting format and cadence are agreed with your practice.

Before we talk

Good questions. Clear answers.

What happens in the free review?

We discuss your practice, payer mix, current billing process, and the work you need help with. The introductory call does not require patient records or promise a recovery estimate.

What does pricing include?

Primary care and mental health are $750 per month per practice or account. PHP, IOP, and OP SUD programs are $1,500 per month per practice or account. Each is a flat fee for the scope agreed in writing, not a percentage of collections.

How is scope confirmed?

Before work begins, we agree the services, expected volume, EHR responsibilities, reporting, and written terms. Additional services require a separate written quote and approval.

Can you work with our current billing system?

We review the system, access options, and workflow with you first. Any compatibility requirements or proposed changes are identified before engagement.

Do PHP, IOP, and OP use the same billing process?

Not necessarily. Claim format, authorizations, and payment arrangements depend on the payer, program, and setting. We review those details before agreeing the scope. Mental health programs may also offer PHP and IOP services.

How should we share billing records?

Please do not send patient information through the website or booking form. If a detailed review is needed, we arrange the appropriate agreement, access, and secure sharing process first.
