What this example is designed to show
A useful worklist separates status from outcome. It makes unresolved dependencies visible, records the next action, and names the person or team responsible. An item stays open when information is missing, inconsistent, unauthorized, or not safe to use.
Actual reporting format, cadence, access, and responsibilities are agreed with each practice. A worklist is a coordination tool; it does not establish payer approval, payment, or completed reconciliation.
